Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, the lottery official lottery sales began in Arkansas in 2009 after voters approved the creation of the lottery through a 2008 ballot measure. As such, the Lottery AR one of the youngest lottery in the nation.

Initially, only the supply of lottery scratch-off instant lottery games. Later, AR sells tickets for the Powerball lottery in 2009 and Mega Millions in 2010.
Today AR Lottery also offers players the chance to win big in draw games like the other decades of Dollars, Arkansas Million Dollar Raffle, Cash and cash equivalents on April 3
Players can also enjoy a simulation of instant lottery games, lottery terminals, point of sale. These “Fast Play” games offer the same emotion as a physical scratch-off area in a convenient, electronic format.
As evidenced by the “change” in its title, the AR Lottery is dedicated to providing money for scholarships and grants to students pursuing graduate studies at schools 2 and 4 years in the state.

Scratch-off games can be purchased at department stores and retailers throughout the state. Each game has its rules, fees and taxes. The instructions are located in front of the ticket and administrative details are on the back.
